School secretary

A school secretary is in charge of the administrative operations of a school, such as scheduling, communication, pupil attendance, and lots more. They generally know what’s happening in the school and where all the students and staff are at any one time, or can quickly find out! There may be only one school secretary at a small primary/elementary school, and many at a large secondary school, each specializing in different functions.
